odac was unbelievably good today!
ran in the rain again.
hahah. but was fun.

jamie and tyanne came back fer some run. hahah.
but they were being slackers. couldnt finish talking to them cos i had to go help out.
sorry!

ohh and the competitions that odac took part in, managed to clinch the top 3 positions.
how are we ever gonna maintain that standard man.
and the odac teacher printed some super embarassing thing about debbie and i on the odac board.
though he didnt mention our names, its quite clear la.
and he even repeated it during the debrief today.
OHH MY! i almost wished i could jump into a hole and disappear.
ahahhah.

then after the whole thing, went with some odacians fer dinner.
damn. they were damn funny! laughed til my stitches hurt!

we were tested on plants.
and im so lucky to know what a boganvilla is.
though i dont think i spelt it correctly.

yeah. and we ran in the rain. two rounds round the entire school?

so fun.
didnt feel as tired.
HOWEVER, after the run, issac lim talked and talked so much.
we were all soaking wet la.
and he just kept talking until finally we went fer a 2.4 run.
2 2.4 runs fer me in a day.
damn.
and by the time we finished, it was almost 8!

and ohhhhh. how i regret taking 153.

after pe, headed to town to have dinner.

felt so tired when i woke up today.

and my whole body hurts terribly.
especially my tailbone.
wonder how im gonna survive tomorrow's training..
but no matter what. i aim to complete my run.

was late by a few minutes cos some FRIEND we were waiting for turned out to be already in school.
gosh. how inconsiderate.
but detention was alright.
talked to jenn and kenny most of the time.
but im glad i was given the time to talk to jenn.
think ive never talked to her this much in a day before?

after detention, went off home.

mass pe today was a killer la.
should i say out everything?
thats if i remember.
hahahah.
hmmm.
-warm up was two rounds round the track.
-five rounds round three basketball courts.
-2 sets of 10 pushups.
-2 sets of 10 situps?
-some change legs thing thing. 3 sets of 10.
-jumping with thighs parallel to ground. 2 sets of 10.
for upper body;
-2 sets of 10 pullups.
-1 set of 5 pullups. with 5 seconds intermission.
-hang twice on the bar for 10 seconds.
ok. then i felt like i was gonna black out.
so i sat out.
and the rest went fer lower body training.
-5 sets of sprinting up the slope la. though they managed only 2.
hahah.
but its good enough.

if thats not a killer, wait til i talk bout odac.
warm up was running round the car park.
tiring enough.
then did strechings, pushups, situps.
THEN we went fer the 10-freaking-km run.
madness i tell you. from cj all the way to nj.
however, debbie and i stopped at about 3 plus plus km?
and we took a bus back with the rest who couldnt run.
really regret not continuing to run.
could have been at the back but it was alright.((:

what a coincidence in the preachings today..
it really touched me deep.
